A Gift to You
Weekly Members-only Group Coaching is a gift. It is an opportunity to come together to learn a principle, share, connect, feel supported and empowered. On this call, we offer the space for someone to be coached (normally a power session of 30 minutes). Even if you are not the client getting coached, it is a powerful opportunity to learn and grow by hearing a coach guide someone else's process.
The Call
During the call, you share what is present for you and what is happening in your world. It can be a win, a challenge, an observation, anything! We want to hear your voice! The Coach will then share her "Relationshift Focus of the Day."
The highlight of the call is the Hot Seat, where the Coach coaches a volunteer live. Everyone mutes to listen to a quick coaching session and gains insight from her story. The calls always conclude with a Takeaway.
